Ymari Collins

Ymari Isiah Collins, born on November 21, 1999 in Portsmouth, VA, went to be with the Lord on April 19, 2024.

Ymari was raised in a nurturing home where the values of love, faith, and respect were deeply ingrained within him. His life reflected a profound devotion to God, family, and community. Ymari was a respectable young man who loved sports, anime, and most of all, his family.

During high school, Ymari was involved in orchestra, weightlifting, and football. His commitment and enthusiasm endeared him to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Ymari is preceded in death by his grandmother, Annie Lee Collins Samuels; great-grandparents, David Lee Collins and Marcie Lee Collins, and uncles Archie, Jeffery, and Luke. While his physical presence may be missed, his memory will forever remain etched in the hearts of those who loved him dearly.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved mother, Jacqlyan Collins; sister, Ileiya Sanders, and brother, Xaiver Sanders. Ymari is also mourned by his grandfather, Raymond Samuels; his aunts Tunisia Collins, Tajah Collins, Zelma Collins, and Kalonie Williams; uncles, David Collins and Sam Collins, as well as a multitude of cousins, great cousins, and other family members.

Ymari's legacy of kindness, passion, and love will continue to inspire and uplift all who were touched by his life.

A Celebration Of Life will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, May 11th, 2024, at Mayberry Funeral Home, 406 E Illinois Ave, Midland, TX.
