With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Wendell Yarborough, who left this world on August 28, 2023. He was 59 years old.

Born on April 16, 1964, Wendell Yarborough touched the lives of many during his time with us.

Wendell's kindness was evident in his interactions. He had an incredible ability to make everyone around him laugh, leaving a lasting impact on all fortunate enough to know him

Wendell is preceded in death by his parents, Virgil Lee and Doxie Yarborough; brother, Eddie Yarborough; sister, Laura Draper; and grandson Shayne Spencer.

Wendell is survived by his brother, Johnny Yarborough; sister, Linda Fish and husband Bill Fish; daughter, Katrina Guidry and husband Donovan Guidry; sons, Colton Yarborough and wife Kristin Yarborough, Logan Yarborough and wife Kelly Yarborough; Stepsons, Michael Spencer & Steven Tinney; Grandkids, Emmy Yarborough, Ollie Yarborough, Levi Yarborough, Baylor Yarborough, Ellington Guidry, Jessie Spencer, Kyle Spencer and Destiny Spencer; along with numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews whom he loved deeply.

Though Wendell Yarborough may no longer be with us, his legacy lives on in the hearts and memories of all who were touched by his presence.

Rest peacefully, dear Wendell. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
