Randall Erskine Carter

Randall Erskine Carter, age 65, passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2024 in Waco Texas. Randall was born on January 25, 1958 in Teague, Texas to Richard Lee Carter and Gwendolyn Joyce Carter.

Randall was a family man who loved his children. He was a simple man who just loved to enjoy life and have a good time. He was known for his laid-back nature and his sense of humor. Randall's passion was watching sports, especially football. He also loved a good game of dominoes. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Randall was reunited in heaven with his late mother, Gwendolyn Carter. One brother, Kenneth Carter and one son, Dejuan Andrews who all preceded him in death.

Left to cherish his memory are his three sons, Drafus, Nick, and Marcus; his sister Gayla Clark and his father Richard Carter and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, family members and friends.

Services are entrusted to Mayberry Funeral Home. A viewing will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 2:00 to 6:00pm in the Hope Chapel at Mayberry Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Greater Ideal Baptist Church on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 11:00am.
