Elnora McKee

The Mckee family comes together to celebrate the life of our beloved mother, our Diva Elnora Mckee.

Mom was born on January 20,1942 in Lubbock Texas. Mom met and married the love of her life Jasper Mckee in 1959. Mom and dad were blessed with eight beautiful children.

Mom worked at the Midland Children's Rehabilitation Center for 53 years before retiring. Elnora raised her children in the way that the Lord would want her to. Mom was an avid traveler and dressed to the Tee from her numerous shopping sprees. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister

Mom was a faithful member of the Church of Christ her entire life. Mom went to Rest in Paradise on April 21, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.

Mom leaves behind a Legacy of Love and promise. Those left behind are three sons Elroy, Leroy and Jasper V and two son in laws Rodney Mackey Sr and Lester Young Sr. Four daughters Teresa , Rochelle , Laura, Lucille and two daughter in laws Afton, George Ann. She also leaves behind her 28 beloved grandchildren: Rodney Jr, Darius, Melvin, Michael, Virgie, Kori, Jennifer, Latrice, Larhonda, Lester Jr, Jasper v, Lashaunda, Jonathan, Coby,Marcus, Stephanie,Chris M,Tameisha, Ronald Jr, Lisa, Lakeisha, Ladona, Shaunte ,Chris H, Kenneth, Robbie, Shauntee and Lakesha. Her cousin John Lee She has 53 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Elnora was preceded in death by her husband Jasper Mckee Jr, son Ronald, great grandson Tre, Father Joe Nathan Moore, Brother Joe Jr, mom Virgie Moore, Aunt Alberta Jackson, son in law Jeffrey Jackson and daughter in law Lori S. McKee.
